Maptasy

Maptasy™ is a new, patented fantasy sports platform created by Geo Fantasy Sports, LLC (DBA Maptasy Sports). Maptasy™ transforms fantasy sports play by infusing strategy associated with popular board games like Checkers, Risk®, and Settlers of Catan® into the player or team drafting process for leagues and tournaments.

Maptasy™ implements a new strategy component in the drafting process, using an online game board based on a map. The map is divided into geographic territories that contain a team from which a player or team will be drafted for the fantasy sports game being played. As players or teams are drafted, the related territory will be "owned" by the participant, making the selection and will be shown in the color assigned to such participant.
